What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect
- Enquiry and quote details — your name, company, email address, telephone number and whatever you tell us about the job.
- Artwork — logos and images you send us so we can quote and produce your order.
- Order records — what you ordered, sizes, delivery address and payment status.
We do not process payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation (our legitimate interest in responding to you).
- To produce, deliver and invoice your order (performance of our contract with you).
- To keep your artwork and specifications on file so reorders are straightforward (our legitimate interest, and yours).
- To meet legal obligations such as keeping accounting records.
We will not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary to fulfil your order: couriers for delivery, garment wholesalers where goods are shipped directly, and our accountants and payment providers. Each is required to protect your information and to use it only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to two years. Order records and the accompanying artwork are kept for seven years to satisfy accounting requirements and to support reorders. You can ask us to delete artwork sooner.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred to another provider. Write to info@printandstitchhub.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Any changes to this policy will be published on this page.
