Fast London turnaround
Standard orders leave the workshop in 3–5 working days.
No minimum order
One sample shirt or five thousand — same attention.
All under one roof
Print, embroidery and finishing in our own workshop.
Send your brief
Tell us the garments, rough quantities and sizes, and attach your logo in whatever format you have it.

We come back with a fixed price and a visual of your branding on the actual garment colour. Usually same working day.
You approve
Nothing goes near a machine until you’ve confirmed the artwork, position and sizes in writing.
Production & delivery
3–5 working days as standard. Delivered UK-wide or collected from the workshop.
Artwork guidelines
The short version: send us whatever you’ve got. We redraw and digitise artwork free of charge, so a bad file is our problem rather than yours. That said, if you do have the following, it saves a step:
- Vector files — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Best for everything, scales to any size.
- High-resolution raster — PNG or TIFF at 300dpi at final print size, transparent background.
- Brand colours — Pantone references if you have them, hex codes if you don’t.
- Fonts — if text needs to be recreated, tell us the typeface or send the file.
What doesn’t work on its own: a logo pulled off a website at 400px wide, a screenshot of a PDF, or a photo of a business card taken at an angle. We can work from all of these — we just have to redraw them first, which adds a day.
Sizing
Sizes vary noticeably between brands. A Fruit of the Loom large is not the same as a Stanley/Stella large, and workwear fits are cut differently again. Two things help:
- Ask us for the size chart for the specific garment before you collect sizes from your team.
- For a first order with a group, order one or two samples first. We’d rather send you a sample than have you order 40 in the wrong fit.
Most of our garments run XS–4XL or 5XL. Sizes above 2XL sometimes carry a small supplement from the manufacturer, which we’ll show in the quote rather than spring on you later.
Delivery & collection
| Option | Timing | Cost |

| Standard UK delivery | 3–5 working days from approval | Quoted per order |
| Express production | By arrangement | Quoted per job |
| Collection from workshop | When your order is ready | Free |
| Direct to venue or site | As standard delivery | Quoted per order |
Delivery is quoted with your order — it depends on weight and destination.
Payment
New customers pay in full up front, or 50% deposit on larger orders. Established account customers can be invoiced on agreed terms — ask us once you’ve ordered a couple of times. We accept bank transfer and card.
Frequently asked questions
What’s the minimum order?
There isn’t one for embroidery, DTG or vinyl — we’ll do a single garment. Screen printing has a practical minimum of 25 because of the screen setup, and we’ll recommend a different method below that rather than overcharge you.
How much does it cost to set up my logo?
Nothing. Digitising for embroidery and artwork preparation for print are both free, including redrawing unusable files. Screen printing carries a per-colour screen charge on runs under 50, which is shown clearly in your quote.
Can I see it before you make 200 of them?
Always. Every order gets a digital mock-up before production. For larger runs we can produce a physical pre-production sample — worth doing if colour accuracy matters to you.
Can you use garments I’ve bought elsewhere?
Usually. Send one over so we can check it will hoop or press safely. We can’t accept liability for damage to customer-supplied garments, though problems are rare.
What if the order is wrong?
If we’ve made a mistake against the approved mock-up, we remake it at our cost. Because every item is personalised to your order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind — which is exactly why we insist on written approval first.
Do you do rush jobs?
Often, yes. Vinyl and DTG are the quickest routes. Call rather than email if the deadline is tight and we’ll tell you straight away whether it’s possible.
Can we set up a repeat account?
Yes. We keep your artwork, thread and ink specifications on file, so a reorder is usually one email and no setup. Plenty of our customers just send a size list and a PO number.
